Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Roseiies (the "operator," "we," "us"), the operator of voxtruck. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

These Terms incorporate by reference the Privacy Policy and any additional terms that apply to specific features.

voxtruck is a compliance and training platform for commercial truck drivers and the fleets that employ them. It includes voice-first AI teaching modules ("avatars") that drivers practice with in the cab, and back-office monitoring tools ("auditors") that fleets use to track readiness, certifications, and operational compliance.

The service is provided over the public internet through a web application and, in the future, mobile applications. Connectivity, hardware, and other costs of accessing the service are your responsibility.

Driver: an individual account for commercial truck drivers practicing English vocabulary, defensive driving scenarios, mechanical fluency, and other compliance-related modules. Free during beta.

Fleet: an organizational account for trucking companies. Fleet accounts include features for onboarding drivers, uploading proprietary knowledge bases, integrating with telematics and HR systems, and viewing aggregated readiness reports.

Insurance partner (Phase 2): for insurance carriers receiving opt-in, tenant-scoped, driver-anonymized risk telemetry. Available only by partnership agreement.

You must be at least 18 years old to use voxtruck.

Drivers: you must hold a valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) issued in the United States, or be enrolled in a CDL training program. You're responsible for ensuring you meet your jurisdiction's licensing requirements.

Fleet representatives: you must have legal authority to act on behalf of the fleet, including authority to upload proprietary materials and to authorize integrations with the fleet's existing systems.

Don't use voxtruck for any unlawful purpose, including circumventing FMCSA, DOT, or state-level licensing requirements.

Don't attempt to break, reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the service. Don't probe security boundaries you haven't been authorized to test.

Don't share your account credentials. Each account is for a single individual or, for fleet accounts, a single named representative of the fleet.

Don't upload content you don't have the right to share, or content that infringes others' rights, contains malware, or is misleading.

Don't use voxtruck to harass, defame, or discriminate against any person.

Your driver record — the certifications you earn, the vocabulary you master, the scenarios you complete — belongs to you, not to your employer. You can take it with you when you change fleets.

Fleets that employ you have read access to your training progress and compliance status while you're associated with their account, but they do not own your record. They cannot prevent you from exporting it or carrying it elsewhere.

If you leave a fleet, the fleet retains read-only access to your historical records during your employment period for their own audit and recordkeeping purposes, but they lose visibility into your future activity on voxtruck.

During beta, the Driver Road Guide module (English vocabulary practice) is free for individual drivers.

Future paid tiers (Pro Driver, Fleet, Fleet + Compliance, Enterprise) will be introduced over time. We'll notify existing users at least 30 days in advance of any pricing change that affects their account, and existing users won't be moved to a paid tier without explicit opt-in.

Fleet accounts may be onboarded under a separate commercial agreement that takes precedence over these Terms with respect to billing.

voxtruck, the loop mark, the platform code, the AI models, the user interface, and the content we generate (scenarios, scoring rubrics) are owned by Roseiies and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain rights to content you upload (knowledge bases, training videos, fleet-specific procedures). By uploading, you grant us a non-exclusive license to host, process, and display that content as needed to provide the service.

You may not copy, modify, redistribute, or create derivative works of the platform itself.

voxtruck is a TRAINING SUPPLEMENT. It is not a replacement for proper DOT certification, employer training programs, behind-the-wheel evaluation, or any regulatory requirement. The official compliance status of a driver, vehicle, or fleet is determined by FMCSA, DOT, state regulators, and other authorized bodies — not by voxtruck.

Our scoring and readiness indicators are informational. They reflect a driver's performance on our training scenarios; they do not certify a driver's legal compliance with any regulation.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

During beta, we do not guarantee uptime, data durability, or feature stability. Production-grade SLAs will be introduced when the service exits beta.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Roseiies (the operator of voxtruck) is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service — including lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption.

Our total liability arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the service is capped at the greater of (a) the fees you paid us in the twelve months immediately preceding the claim, or (b) USD $100.

Some jurisdictions don't allow the limitations above. In those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the smallest amount allowed by law.

You can cancel your account at any time from your account settings, or by emailing admin@roseiies.com.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, that engage in conduct harmful to other users or the platform, or where required by law.

On termination, you have 30 days to export your data. After 30 days we may delete or anonymize your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where Roseiies is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the service will be resolved in the state or federal courts of that jurisdiction.

If you're a consumer in a jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protection laws, those laws still apply to you despite this clause.

We may update these Terms as the product and our practices evolve. Material changes will be communicated to account holders by email at least 30 days before they take effect.

Continued use of voxtruck after the effective date of an update means you accept the updated Terms. If you don't agree, you can close your account and export your data first.
